The first workshop of the VILLAGE project “Digital Learning for Engineering Laboratories” was held online on the 12th of March 2024
The Learning Objectives of the workshop were:
-Understand the benefits of incorporating digital learning tools in engineering education and laboratories.
-Engaging learners through interactive instructional models.
-Explore key considerations for implementing digital learning in engineering labs.
-Discover effective case studies and examples of digital teaching courses and platforms.
The second workshop of the VILLAGE (Virtual Innovative Learning Laboratories for Global Engineering Education) project “Instructional Design Models in Engineering Education” was held online on the 31st of May 2024.
The objective of this workshop is to examine novel methodologies for instructional design that are customised to the context of engineering education. This workshop provides invaluable insights and collaborative opportunities for individuals in the engineering education, research, and education sectors to collectively influence the future of engineering education.
